More horrible than hell, July 23, 2012

This album is abhorrent beyond comprehension. All the tracks are abominable, appalling, awful, to not say beastly, cruel, detestable and disagreeable. I especially hated his voice which is disgusting, dreadful, eerie, and last but not least execrable. This record made me fearful. The compositions are frightful and grim. Fuck poetry and philosophy and artists who mixes things up into porridge. Banana porridge that is, cause Maus is a screaming monkey. There are no melodies here, and if I do find them I bet they're gruesome, hideous, loathsome and lousy. The feeling this album gives me is a lurid and mean wish to hurt myself. John Maus is a nasty and obnoxious. Even the cover is offensive and prudent. The tones are repellent, revolting, scandalous, scary, shameful and shocking. Simply put... this album is beyond terrible. I can simply not recommend this album because it's truly terrifying, ungodly, unholy and unkind. It's a fall from grace, if John Maus has ever been touched by grace. I sincerely doubt that. Maus is nature boy. He is an ape from the jungle. He says we shouldn't eat human beings? Cannibalism is so 1675 on some island that was not accesible back then anyway. Duh! Detestable primate making noise that makes us sick and vulnerable to reality and order. I felt grief listening to this so called album. It's basically cancer for the soul. This album is a nightmare. But..... Better to be a vivid nightmare than a dull and soft dream. And I miss this girl called Molly, so I give it five out of five stars (even though I should give it MINUS five stars cause I really do hate it. With all my soul. That is a corrupted an twisted soul that reacts very strange, almost invertedly, to detestable cultural expressions.)
